Tide & Hinoki is a fictional furniture studio included to demonstrate the profile layout. The example describes a small workshop making stools, side tables and paper lamps in short batches.

Joinery is cut by hand and finished with oil, so the timber can be repaired and re-oiled for decades.

Mission

To make fewer, better objects that can be mended rather than replaced.

Philosophy

Restraint is a material too.
