These terms cover your use of the Artination website.
What Artination is
Artination is a curated showcase of independent makers and their work. It is not a shop or marketplace. We do not sell products, hold stock, process payments or take part in any sale.
Buying from makers
Links to a maker's own shop or channels take you to a website we do not control. Any purchase, commission or enquiry is between you and the maker, on their terms. Check their policies on delivery, returns and payment before buying.
Content
Maker profiles, images and descriptions are published with the maker's permission. Photographs and text remain the property of their creators and may not be reused without their consent. While the site is a prototype, the makers, works and events shown are fictional examples and clearly labelled as such.
Applications
Applying to join does not guarantee a place. Our curators select makers at their discretion.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Governing law and liability terms are to be confirmed.
